Why Join The PPPSA?
PPPSA serves both non-profit and the allied-professional,
whether new to the field or with many years of experience. PPPSA members are also
members of the regional LEAVE A LEGACY® program, a community-based program designed
to encourage people from all walks of life to make gifts through their wills or other
planned giving vehicles.
Membership in the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning San Antonio also
includes membership in LAL, which provides both non-profit and allied professionals access to numerous resources to help them promote planned giving to their
constituencies.
PPPSA gives you access to the most experienced and creative minds in
gift planning. Learn from others at local programs and the annual national
conference, and give donors, clients and charities the benefits of your wisdom.
In a field that encompasses many professions, PPPSA membership is your gift planning source.
Become a recognized authority in your workplace and your community, and strengthen the national
voice of a gift planning.
PPPSA gives you the opportunity to give something back--to invest in you own career and to help
others who need to know about the possibilities of planned giving.
Other benefits of membership in PPPSA include access to and networking opportunities with the
best and most experienced Gift Planners in the San Antonio region, opportunities to become a
mentor of an experienced Gift Planner, member prices for workshops, luncheons, and other
educational opportunities, the association of your organization with a recognizable national
program, backed by a national media campaign, use of the LEAVE A LEGACY® logo and other
materials, access to our LAL members only resources, brochures for donors, and Speaker's Bureau,
participation in special activities, such as a "Write a Will Day", and a periodic letter designed
to be included in your newsletter or other donor communications.
